After submitting your request, drivers within a 50km radius of your location will receive your request and make offers. You'll receive real-time notifications as offers come in.

Once you've received offers from drivers, you can review their profile, rating, and price to choose the best one for your needs. Simply accept the offer that suits you, and your driver will be notified.

Driver start your trip

On the time of your trip, your driver will arrive at your location, load your boxes and belongings into their truck, and start the journey to your destination.

Trip completed

Once the driver arrived at your destination, you can pay for the trip using cash or a card, leave a rating and review for your driver. If you encounter any issues during your trip, you can open a conflict resolution ticket within the App to resolve any disputes.
